It's a new adventure for me. Their skin is thin and crispy. One of the very few that I notice does not use cake coloring to color the duck but still manage to crisp the skin to golden brown.
Overall healthy way in cooking roasted dishes. 😋
I would give a 7/10. If u r near the area. Worth making a trip.
