  • All time favourite tasty and crispy south Indian special food masala dosa
    It’s made with flattened rice and semolina really amazing taste must try 😍
    Dosa ingredients::
    Semolina: 2 cups
    Flattened rice: 2 cups
    Salt: to taste
    Chutney ingredients:
    Roasted chana dal: 1 cup
    Chili: 1-2
    Curry leaves: 1 sprig
    Mustard seeds: 1 teaspoon
    Salt: to taste
    Potato masala ingredients:
    Potatoes: 2-3
    Mustard seeds: 1 teaspoon
    Curry leaves: 1 sprig
    Oil: 1 teaspoon
    Chili: 1-2
    Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
    Method:
    1. In a large bowl, soak semolina for 10 minutes. In another bowl, wash flattened rice and grind in a mixer. Mix the ground flattened rice into the soaked semolina. Add salt to taste and stir constantly. Keep the mixture aside and close the lid.
    To make chutney:
    1. In a mixer, add roasted chana dal, curry leaves, salt, and green chilli. Add water as required and grind to make a smooth paste. Transfer the paste into a large bowl.
    2. In a pan on the stove, heat oil. Add curry leaves, mustard seeds, and chilli for tempering, and mix with the chutney using a spoon.
    To make potato masala:
    1. In a pan on the stove, heat oil. Then add curry leaves, mustard seeds, chilli, and turmeric powder. Add water and boiled potatoes. While boiling, add salt, mix well, and remove from the flame.
    To make dosa:
    1. In a pan on the stove, add a little oil and water. Clean the pan and pour a portion of the paste to make a large circular dosa.
    Serve the dosa with chutney and potato masala on a serving plate.
