If you want you can add onion garlic in it.
Ingredients:-
Vegetables: cauliflower, capsicum, carrot, beetroot, and potatoes - 500 gm
Tomato chopped 3-4
Butter - 100 gm
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Ginger chili paste - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder - 1 tablespoon
Pav bhaji masala - 2 tablespoons
Salt - to taste
Water - as required
