    Your great person I know depression anxiety bhot kharab hai jis pe guzarti hai usko malum but Allah apko accha rakhe AAP sabki help kar rhe ho depression k Mariz ka confidence badha rhe ho aap thanks but guys ye koi bimari nhi hai ye sirf sirf hame long time negative rehne se hota hai or iska ilaz sirf long time positive rehne se hi hoga har din har waqt har jagah apko positive Rehna hai bas khatam ho jayega ye depression anxiety ye koi bimari nhi hai hame Darna bhii ladna hai mera Allah farmata hai to koshish kar kamyabi me duga or ha ho sake to allah ya baghwan Ko yaad kare kyuki usme sukun milta hai jab bhi depression sataye ya anxiety to masjid ya mandir me jakar baith Jana bhot sukun milega
