    Hello Iselle- love your progress. Could you share what your workout routine was/is? Also did you follow any particular program or you created your own?

      Hi of course! When I lost the weight my workout routine consisted of 4-5 days at the gym. I stuck to 2 upper body days (push & pull) and 2 leg days (hamstring focused & quads focused) then I would throw in a quick cardio & core day when I could.
      Out of the 4 lifting days, I would also add some type of HITT or LISS cardio before or after the workout for 15-20 mins. Either treadmill sprints, stairmaster at level 8 or follow a fun HITT workout off RUclips in my gym studio room.
      I did not follow a program but I wish I had! I think I would have made progress a lot faster so I definitely recommend it. I’m hoping to create my own soon to share with you all, but in the meantime I would recommend Whitney Simmons or krissy cela, or Gains by Brains. They all have programs that I’ve heard great things about!

    How often do you weigh yourself?

    • @IselleL
      @IselleL  Месяц назад +9

      Rarely! I didn’t own one at the time and so I based my progress purely off how I felt and looked in a mirror.
      In my opinion, when you’re just starting out, you shouldn’t weight yourself more than once a month. It’s a new liftesyle, not a diet so focus on progressing and being consistent so your body has time to change too ☺️🫶🏻
