Dr. Radin expresses some of the most thought provoking questions, in a sea of suppositions and unanswered questions.
Here's another: What is the end goal? Is it to understand the transcendental object at the end of time, or is it to be one with it?
I wonder if technology and scientific inquiry will achieve an equivalent to spiritual enlightenment, or will it ultimately describe
a pseudo-enlightened state, with just better stuff and faster internet...
Can a non-math major ever hope to understand his own nature? Asking for a friend.
    Then there's retrocausality...

Why can’t we just misunderstand perception and it not be quantum mechanical in nature? Like how birds can navigate using magnetic fields or how antenna pick up video signals? We all know there’s information flow outside the accepted notions of perceptual awareness, but it doesn’t have to mystical and/or quantum mechanical in nature…it could just be a flaw in our understanding of perception in general….that’s always been my take anyway🤔🤷🏼‍♂️

He talks about that possible explanation starting at 20:10 in the video.

@Klammer75 Birds navigate using magnetic fields precisely because of the now established quantum processes in their brains. So what's your point with this statement: "We all know there’s information flow outside the accepted notions of perceptual awareness, but it doesn’t have to mystical and/or quantum mechanical in nature"? Perception IS at least partially quantum mechanical in nature (also established in olfactory processes). And what's 'mystical' got to do with anything? Radin is not talking about anything mystical; just about the extremely rational possibility of quantum explanation of perception. That is entirely separate from the fact that your conscious brain is incapable of making any judgement on the mystical / multi-dimensional / higher consciousness aspects of reality. Who cares what you can handle? Only you, so don't propose it as a limit of discussion.

This seems so crazy... but better safe than sorry, maybe something comes out of all this
