@@Taylors_Reputation1313 I know but can't we just compliment people regardless their sexuality now? Your comment is just unnecessary and you don't even know me
The scene where he is telling his lawyer the detailed abuse he experienced was so well done. I couldn’t take my eyes off of his character’s eyes the whole time. He embodied the character in such a sincere and humble way. It felt so real and you can see him feeling so many things when the lawyers tells him not to make excuses for his mom. He did so well. I even felt that emotion of him getting protective about his mom for a moment because it felt strange that a stranger was judging her harsher than he ever did. I agree with the lawyer but I can see what he felt.
It's insane to me that Cooper is advocating for the brothers? The brothers may have murdered for pure greed, but we will never know the truth so Cooper acting like he does know the truth, is actually annoying. Only the brothers and Kitty and Jose know. Help me understand this differently.
@@stanek678 because most people do not understand that compulsive liars can fake emotions really well. They are very convincing, even the first jury could not decide if they were telling the true or not. However, the father's family supports the brothers. On top of that, artistis who worked with Jose are not coming out to say he molested boys who worked for him. So, it can be true too. But I agree on you, he should have stayed neutral like Nicholas did. His career should be his priority ( altough I dont think this will impact him, since he is a very charismatic guy).
No. That is pure stupidity. He must be a sweet guy. But he is advocating for something he does not know. I mean no one knows the truth other than the brothers and human beings can lie. So smart thing is not to make conclusions about things that he does not know and not to advocate for them. Ok to re-emagine and retell thier story visually. But it should end there.
We love Cooper Koch. He deserves an Emmy for that one-shot episode. It was such a moving episode, and he played it perfectly. There was a line about his mother and the importance of not forgiving our abusers that made me cry like a baby! He's amazing, and I'm happy he took the time to visit the real Erik. He's an incredible guy
Did you see his performance is Ep. 5 of the show? The whole 35 mins is done in 1 take and is the finest acting I've seen anywhere in years. Give his guy an EMMY!!
This guy is not onlyhandsome and charming but also well spoken and empathic he took the time to meet the brother and supports them also makes him more attractive
Cooper Koch did a brilliant job as Erik Menendez. He played him with such vulnerability. I was quite blown away by his performance and I hope he gets all the awards for it. He exudes empathy, and that's a priceless thing about him. Nicholas Alexander Chavez was terrific as well.
I adore Cooper! He was brilliant in episode 5 of the series.... blew my mind. What an incredible performance. And I like that he smiles all the time during interviews 🥰
I love his expressive mannerisms, engaging posture, the way he pauses for serious remarks and his eyes say so much even when he’s quiet. Very expressive charming man. I can’t wait to see him in more work, he did such an amazing job.
Can we talk about the 33 minute scene of episode 5, no breaks, just one epic shot? Cooper was beyond phenomenal ! Good thing he believes the brothers !
Cooper was the only part of the show that did justice to the gravity of what the brothers claim happened to them. You can tell he is incredibly sincere and has a great heart.
I really hope he lands many roles because i really have hope in this one, i wasn't feeling none of the new young hollywood male actors till he came along
Cooper and Nicholas were both so good in the series. I watched Nicholas as Spencer on General Hospital and thought he would some day be a movie star. It would be great to see them both do well in their careers. They were terrific as the Mendendez brothers.
BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL!!!! WHAT A STUNNING HUMAN inside and outside this precious soul deserves an emmy for ep 5 alone!! He deserves multiple emmys cooper is too good!!
“a lot of people thought it was for money which is kinda of insane to me then it came out later that they said that they had been sexually abused by their father their entire lives and their mother too” Cooper Koch is such an amazing person and a great actor 🫶🏻
I got to know this actor from this role and I can’t wait to support him in his future work. He did a fantastic job and I loved that he was so sweet and understanding of the menendez brothers.
Cooper deserve all the awards for the series and i'm sure this is the beggining of an amazing career, also he's too cute and seems like a nice & humble guy
I love when actors educate themselves before, and during, doing a show or movie! The show was absolutely insane but so good. I love the Menendez brothers and hope they can reunite with their loved ones this year or next!
I love the fact that he not only is incredibly regretful of how the show portrayed the brothers, but that he went to see them and they responded so warmly to seeing him, recognizing him as someone who truly meant well and actually portrayed Erik beautifully. He was the only aspect imo that seemed to understand that the brothers were victims. He advocates for their release and that is great. They deserved better and with the recent evidence coming out and the member of Menudo speaking up, I hope they get the justice they deserved back then. Cooper, thank you for being empathetic to male victims and I wish nothing for the best for you.
Loooove Cooper, he's like ray of sunshine where you see him in any interview, always so happy and smiling. I think Michael was even a bit nervous at the start of this interview 😜😜
Cooper and Nicholas gave me "white chicks" vibes 100% in the episode they try to escape from prison. I hope to see they doing comedy together, they are versatile actors

Yeah I agreed with you, I was like where’s the cut scene but man just zoom in like 1 hour something amazing.
The one shot episode was the best episode. It was not some sensationalized mess but just genius writing and acting.
And Golden Globe. And a SAG nomination as well
Truly an amazing scene, gripping and evocative. I clapped in my living room afterwards. "I am the hurt man".
