Hi Ed, hope you're both doing well! Where could I pick those packs of ribs up? I'm in the UK same as you and struggle..... I'd appreciate any help! All the best!
Yeah, it'll work fine. Meaty spares you might want to cook them in the foil a bit longer, but do them the same as i've done and check them after the hour in foil. If they're not tender, wrap them back up and cook them a bit longer.
For baby backs, i'd cook them a bit less, so bone side down for 30 mins, flip for 10 minutes 3 times (so you're an hour in before wrapping) then wrap in foil and check them after 45 minutes. If they're done great, if not, just wrap them back up and put them on for a bit longer.
Nice one guys 👍🏼
🤤🤤🤤

Hi Craig, I put some links in the description to some butchers in the UK that sell the swift ribs as well as loads of other meats.
John Davidsons do them as do Tom Hixson. I tend to use James Lowe who you can contact through the BBBQS Facebook group
Hey guys hope you are well? Do you think the hot and fast method works on all rib cuts (meaty spare ribs or baby backs)
Loving the videos by the way keep it up!!!
