    Called NNAS office to verify if Ink Signed Signature on Page 1 of all forms is required or E-Signature would suffice. NNAS confirmed that E-Signature would suffice. This is for your information please.

    Hello thank you for the video. Its truly helpful. I had been registered in 2020 and I was working in a hospital in my home country till half of 2021. I was also also working another hospital after 2021 till I came here to study a nursing graduate program. To apply for nnas the hospital I worked after 2020 to 2021 has difficulty in providing me for nnas. So I can only provide after 2021 to 2022my recent employer. Will it be okay if I dont put the previous one before 2021? Will it show gap then??

    Hi, in India we all have to renew our license in every five years.. so is this a lifetime license?

    • @a2z_nursing_notes929
      @a2z_nursing_notes929  2 года назад

      Hi Rituparna...No, it would not be a lifetime one as it has to be renewed. In my case, I have a lifetime license. It was under process that nursing license would have to be renewed every 5 years but It did not become applicable during my time.
      If your license is to be renewed every 5 years, then mention it that way. And it then NNAS would ask about details of your license renewal.

    • @a2z_nursing_notes929
      @a2z_nursing_notes929  3 года назад

      Yes Simarjeet...you have to fill both GNM and post basic in your education. It is very important to mention them, as your post basic education is recent and would cover the educational standards requirements of Canada. You will first fill details of the GNM and the add nursing school to specify another education. In this way, you will generate two education forms, one for your GNM and other for post basic.

    Hello Mam How we can write the clinical hours from year 1 to year 5.. For eg. I have started my employment with one employer from 22-4-2019 to 4-9-2020..
    Than
    year 1 = hour from 1-1-2020 to 4-9-2020
    Year 2 = hours from 22-4-2019
    to 31-12-2019
    Year 3 =0
    Is it right?
    And with 2nd employer from 10-9-2020 to 19-10-2021.is it different for each employer and each year..so how can i put this information in those given columns?..

      I had sent all the forms before May.

So if you have been working at that place till last five years when you filled your application then you need to add this employer. Also, it does not matter that the in-charge nurse is not working now, any designated person of the nursing department (senior most nursing official or person concerned with filling and sending these forms) can fill the form. The form should include official stamp and email address.

      Hi Anish...You can make changes in you application even after payment, just make sure that the information matches what is sent by your respective institutions otherwise it will cause unnecessary delays in your application.
      You can always change information in the printable forms also...just go to that section and click on edit and then save the info. It will be
      reflected in your forms and then you can print them.

      If I am getting you right, you are asking when are the forms generated? So the forms get generated as soon as you do the payment. A section F appears in your application on the left hand side panel.
      After getting forms, you can proceed with all these forms together as they are not interdependent. The sooner your all forms are received by NNAS the sooner your advisory report be generated if all goes well.

      Hi Prateek...Honestly I donot have much idea regarding this. But I think you need to give information regarding both councils since you got licensed in MP but later got transferred to Delhi. When you will fill information online, the forms generated will tell you where to get the verification done from. If two registration forms generated, then both otherwise only Delhi I guess. But you double check with someone.

      Hi Tamanna...Its better to get it transferred to avoid delays in getting the advisory report. I had some diploma from outside Punjab, and the evaluator did demand for its registration.
      But, of course you can start your NNAS online application in parallel as you can always edit the application information (until all your documents reach NNAS and status changes) and then get your additional registration verification forms.

      Hi Emm...have graduated from Canada or some other country? If you graduated from some other country then tou have to go through NNAS process. If you graduated in Canada...then you just need to sit NCLEX

      @@a2z_nursing_notes929 thank you for your answer, I graduated in Europe 7 years ago, do I really need to make the NNAS application? or Iqas application is the same as NNAS? Do I have any chance to work as a nurse in Canada?

      @@EmmDubaiProperties You will have to start the NNAS process in order to get registration as RN or RPN in Canada. Considering the shortage of nurses, Canada is improvising the registration process and making it easier and quicker, and accommodating the nurses who have stopped practicing in the past years.

      @@a2z_nursing_notes929 Hello, I have a question about registration. There is a question about the registered nurse and diploma part. In my case I was given a diploma (diploma number on it, and it says we are entitled to practice) apart from that on that diploma, there is also a signature/stamp of the ministry of health authorities in my province - they also recognize it. So this stamp/signature does not mean registration, right? With registration, NNAS wants to learn whether I wrote an exam or not?
