I was watching this video and scrolled down to the comments section, which is almost empty. I was expecting this video to have 100x times the views it has. Nice work, thank you! I still find it hard to understand if I should use incremental or differential backup.

If you ever deleted something from your camera's memory card, check how to recover that: ruclips.net/video/ttvo6TAun-s/видео.html

Can you explain further the advanced options for the cloning? Should I check all the boxes?

I like to clone my hard disk once a week. Quick, easy and safe.

How long does this software take to recover? I had an 8TB crap out, but only 3TB in the image file that was being used (compressed) I had a complete identical drive (NAS WD Red 5400RPM) Software has run 21hrs already and only 1% has improved. (Unsure if that's 10% since by the time it started to copying was at 40% in a few seconds) so if that's true even with that, it means that anywhere from 300GB or 800GB has taken over 20 hours to recover. Getting no answers from EaseUS, I've been a customer for two years and this was crunch time for me. Backups had worked without a hiccup. Uncertain why it is taking so long and doesn't even use much RAM or CPU according to Task Manger. Any pointers would be great!

Very clear video. Now I know what the various options do and how to make it work for me. Thanks

Thanks for the video Liron. I purchased the software. One disappointment is that it takes forever to do weekly backups. Althuough only a few files changed throughout the week, the Differential backup takes at lest one hour to run ... that is, to backup some files which have changed since the initial full backup.
It seems extremely inefficient in analysing what needs to be backed up and backing this up.
    Anyone else (Liron?) experiencing this?

My post above... 21+ hrs into a recovery... moved from 40 to 41% in that time frame... unloading 3TB of data from an 8TB drive... hoping to God it works; I have no other option.

It lacked explanation for the most important part: How to access the backup. This program creates an weird format archive that I don't know if I can access it without the program or what.
I wanted a program to backup my files to another PC, so if I need the program installed in a PC just to open that file, this program is pretty useless for this use.

Did you ever solve this? I was never able to just copy files over due to my old drive being partially broken, interrupting most backups, but this program made a compressed file half the size of the files I backed up. I can open that file and slowly access my old data, but that data is of course compressed. The program can supposedly recover the files to a directory of my choosing, but the program freezes whenever I try to recover the files it made :/

Also, for full computer files & system backup and recovery I use Mcrium Reflect Free. Works GREAT! And you can CLONE your entire hard drive (partition) and Operating systems to another new PC or new hard drive. SO if your harddive ever dies, you can recover your PC exactly as it was. Just make sure to make full backups regularly or at least every 2 or 3 months.. it just depends how much stuff you are willing to lose..

ViceVersa is a better file backup and sync solution. It just does not do image backups.

Hi and I have version that you run with trial, but I have a purchased version. One question every time I open the program, it should make it start up on a floppy drive. I am so tired of this because I have done one before so if windows do not start then I can use this. And the built-in backup in Windows has never worked for me. Just getting the wrong cod msg. Do you have any idea what this is due to

Great video. If you set it to Incremental ,will it backup first time as Full backup and then subsequent backup as Incremental? I have kust installeed Ease US and never taken a backup what type of backup would you recommned?

Hey did you ever get an answer to your question? I ran a full backup and now I'm running incremental and it's trying to do a full backup again...

I do not advise using these programs. You save your files in an image and at the time you want to recover them and you find that the image does not respond. Either it has been corrupted, or that version of Easeus is not worth it. You can only open it with that program if you can.

You go too fast. For example when you recovered a file, I never saw the file to be recovered, only a folder called "Users".

I do not like EaseUS ToDo's backup feature. It make a compressed file. As a photographer, that is unacceptable. In addition, I cannot restore just one file. SyncToy does a much better job.

but aint that "lossless compressed"? like winrar zip ones. They dont damage image quality.

Can you transfer a lifetime Easeus software key to an upgraded or new computer?

hmmm no idea. Reach out to the company and ask. If you find out, please let us know - good question!

@@LironSegev I bought it (easeus todo), installed it and at the end of the install it asked me if I wanted to buy it at 20% off. WTF. For me it downloaded the trial version and I am on the 30 day free trial and it won't accept my key code.
Before buying I asked if I could transfer the license to a new or upgraded PC. They said yes but not how. They also need to update and make better "how to" videos.
Cloning time is about 100GB per hr.
