There are members of several Beatles tribute bands there, many professional actually. I mean, the guy doing the solo is in a Beatle-era suit! And it's not really impromptu as it's something they do regularly - Paul's birthday, Ringo's birthday --- I am not sure they do George's since it's in the dead of winter.
