  • Hello Everyone! Its Tiffany with Thrifting Vegas. I shop at thrift stores, estate sales, garage sales and discount stores for items I can resell for a profit on online platforms like eBay, Poshmark and Offer-Up.
Goodwill had their red tag 50% off gray tags, 50% off red tags AND they were restocking as I shopped today. The store was really busy so bear with me as I navigate through the crowd. Thrift with me as I find amazing treasures for resale on Ebay.... learn what to bolo and what to leave on the shelf and why. I found Navajo Horsehair pottery, vintage skull goblets, an antique waffle iron, a pair of green swirl glass elepants and a gorgeous Mola Kuna Toucan!! Don't miss the September dates when you can come visit Danni @The NICHE Lady and I and shop our Fantastic Vintage Market Booth within the Fantastic Indoor Swapmeet at 1717 S Decatur Bl, Las Vegas. Stay for my haul featuring Bandit the cat, where I show you everything I found, what I paid and what I expect to get for it......so, lets go thrifting!
Please like, subscribe and hit the bell to get a notification when I upload a new video!
If you are interested in purchasing an item from my haul, please DM me on Instagram; or email me at ThriftingVegas.Tiffany@gmail.com
We would love to see you at our booth at the Fantastic Vintage Market within the Fantastic Indoor Swapmeet at 1717 S Decatur Bl, Las Vegas! The Market takes place every third weekend of the month. This month is Friday, Saturday and Sunday, September 17, 18 and 19 from 10am to 6pm.

You could use Fray Check on the star to stop the fray. After it dries you can trim off the frayed part. You just need a drop for it to work and it dries real fast. You can find Fray Check in places like Joanne's. Love the haul, beautiful. I'm inspired to make a star.

The cast iron waffle maker is called 'Gorojern' and it's a Scandinavian thing. I've never seen those types of designs on them before. It might be more mid-century Danish, as they don't look quite like the ones I see here in Norway.

@@lolitalolita7561 You could probably use a krumkake recipe. Just google it and you should find one. I'm told these cast iron ones only work on a gas hob.

The "waffle" naked is cast iron and is more than likely a cookie press and was used on the top of a wood cook stove. I have one my great grandmother brought from Switzerland when she immigrated here in 1891. My grandma was 6. Its called Brazzli iron. I have it now and use it. Works best on a gas stove. Mine has pictures on both sides.

I am so happy that I discovered your channel quite by accident & your my new favorite channel! ❤ You have the heart of a Saint & so does your friend Dani! I've started watching every video, I subscribed & I live in Orange County, Brea, California & my husband works in Huntington Beach, at Boeing - near your parents neck of the woods! I want to compliment your sweet voice, accent, love for animals, heart of a Saint & beauty (inside & out) I married my high school sweet heart & we have 4 grown up sons, ages 34, 36, 40 & 45 years old & I have a Granddaughter that's 20 years old. I'm 63 years young & I love to decorate. Since I've lost family members, I have inherited some lovely items & this past June we moved to Brea from Yorba Linda, CA & downsized quite a bit so instead of having garage sales, I kept things that are worth something to me, however I gave some items to Good Will too & Savers. I gave most to the V.A & I had no idea Savers was that pricy compared to Good Will ...so thank you for ALL YOUR GREAT TIPS! We seem to have the same good taste & I'm thinking of selling some of my beautiful items that my sons don't want. I did get them to keep a lot of those great valuable beautiful old fashion antiques but they say I have too much so... I'm hoping as my Grandaughter gets older & possibly gets married after school, my children will want to keep more of my beautiful items. That depression glass platter (green peacock 🦚) was absolutely stunning! Keep up the good work - your terrific making videos & I think your parents are so sweet & kind too! 😊 Your videos make me happy! I have a lot of crystal too so I thank you for inspiring me to make money & sell some items to spread the joy. It's unfortunate that many young women don't seem to entertain like in my days & enjoy collectecting crystal, & some of the things you show. My generation & yours may be the last that really enjoy it! Maybe I'm wrong but that's how I see it & it's sad! Thanks again Tiffany! Your terrific! Love & Prayers ❤ 🙏 💖
    Sincerely, Carrie Slockbower ❤ 🙏 ♥

I bought those same skull goblets a couple of years ago and I see them every year at stores like Walmart. Have a look to see if they are modern pieces.

The holes in the abalone shell are not for incense sticks. They occur naturally in the shell and are part of the respiratory system of the creature i.e. it’s gills.

Kuna mola is only from the indigenous natives of Panama, not Costa Rica. Is a great piece of art and the value is around $45 for that size without the frame, is handmade. You found a good one.

My sister's(twins) always made homes for chipped, cracked or fixable broken items, told us they were God's special ornaments and needed homes where they were loved, fixed if they could be, and became around the world Christmas or other holiday ornaments. I always thought that a sweet thought of loving children.
