    A phenomenal interview. Nasty C is immensely humble. However- I just re-read, " Born A Crime", a maverick memoir written by famed TV personality, Trevor Noah. In the book, he asserts how unemployment amongst Black men is extremely high which compelled him to " hustle" in which he DJ, pirate CDs', and flip his money game with his hommies in Alexandria, South Africa. Learning about Nasty C. is awesome. My goal is one day to travel to South Africa and visit: Soweto, Jozi, Capetown, Alexandra, Robben Island, Table Mountain, Durbin, [ I want to see the eclectic splendid beaches, women, eat authentic Indian foods, and those vibrant iridescent houses.] and of course, I want to eat South African briaa.

      South Africa isn't about poverty though . It is a society that can be likened to an American society as a result of social imbalances by segregation by it is no 3 rd world country. Do not also go to the previous blacks only hoods (townships) and think everyone is your brother because they are black. You would be an easy target to criminals. Just be vigilant and go there with people who know the place well. You welcome to visit but you might not even make it there to the township as a result of visiting posh nightclubs and restaurants in the city of Johannesburg and Pretoria lol.

    • @emmanuel.n8458
      @emmanuel.n8458 6 лет назад

      Gabriel Paddy the reason u know abt American artist its bc they push and promote their artist worldwide. Africans don't support each other. I've met Africans that doesn't listen to African music but will go crazy for Yung Thug n others lol. The moment we, especially Africans in the diaspora started showing supports n proud of their brother n sisters, trust it will be a game changer. Now we seeing some changes with the likes of Wizkid, Davido, Tiwa etc, mostly Nigerians lol. We need other african countries to step up. Ghana, Uganda, SA all need to step up but like I said, it starts with the people.

      @@kwanelengema7352,music breaks language barriers.People will always appreciate good music irrespective. Mirriam Makeba,Salif Keita,Khadja Nin all became international artist renowned all over the world even though they were not singing in English. Chinese people loved Michael Jackson and Bob Marley although they sang in a language hardly used in their country. Maybe like Nasty C says,due to the fact that he expresses himself better in English he rather just keep rapping in English,because probably if he switches to Zulu,the flow,word play etc might not be as good.
