I am having trouble adding my videos to uploads. Could you do a video showing where you go on your computer to upload the videos. I am on a Mac and used to be able to drag and drop my videos from Photos. When I do that they go into Images in Canva and will not play. I reached out to Support but they have not solved my issue. Thank you
Hi! I actually encountered the same issue when dragging and dropping videos from Photos to other platforms (not only Canva). My solution is to drag and drop but from Finder instead. For some reason, it seams Photos drops a thumbnail of the video and that's why you see the image uploaded to Images. Another solution would be to use the Upload files button and fine the videos from there. Hope this helps
Hi, Our video editor edit our videos using Premiere Pro. This software allows us to place a second video (our talking heads) into a frame. That's how they do it.
