- Cheap camping shower- is it worth it?
In this video we have a look at a very cheap solar camping shower is it worth the cheap price and would it be any good for camping?
One of the best things about this cheap camping shower is the price and the size, it will hold 20L of water but still very small to tuck away when camping.
The shower has black and white side when you full it up with water all you need to do is leave it out in the sun for a couple of hours and you will have a nice hot shower before going to bed.
This shower would be perfect for day trips and a single night camping might be ok for two nights but any longer you might won't some thing a little bigger and has a bit more pressure behind it just to get you nice and clean.
If you are interested in this shower check the link below, not bad for $8.50

Thank your for watching the Cheap Jeeper youtube channel we are not professional at all but we love making working on our 2010 Jeep Wrangler jk, we love finding cheap and budget friendly ways to modify your jeep. Not everyone has a massive budget to build a Jeep Wrangler on 40 inch tyres, hopefully some of the videos have helped you save a bit of money when working on your jeep and some times when we get the time we like to small overland trip to some of the best 4wheel driving spots in Australia.

Try using a smooth rock or something like that to apply pressure to it if you can or get some large and strong clips and attach some wood or something like that to it to press the sides together it should help in the pressure department.
Absolutely great idea, I never would of thought of doing that. Thanks mate that is going to help so much 🤙
Let me know what you are using for a camping shower?
Be careful you don’t scold the kud
Always very careful.
BTW I like the new intro. Been using the same solar shower for a long time. I think the pressure is a bit light, but it works and is better than nothing. Great idea on bringing it to the beach, I wish I had thought of that ! I'll be doing it from now on.
Thanks mate, thought the old one was a bit long. Nice, where is your one from? Yeah definitely could be a bit stronger. Definitely so good for cleaning sand off before getting black in the Jeep

@@Whiteandsonsgarage I don't remember where I bought mine, had it since the late 90s. Though over here in the states one can find them at any place that sells camping gear Walmart, Kmart, Dicks, Bass Pro etc; even some of the online ordering places. When I was in the Army we used to put out some black plastic water cans in the morning sun. By evening the water would be very warm and we had a bucket with a shower head on the bottom. Fill up the bucket, pull on the rope to raise it up then take a quick warm shower. It was very nice after a day of sweating. If you waited to morning the water would be cold (which in the Alabama summers that wasn't too bad a thing ;-) ). The bag is a simpler, cheaper version of that system (with much more water available before a fillup is required).
@@Jim_woods Jim that's a great idea for the hardtops. In my case we would hang the bag up (there is a large grommet on the bottom for that purpose)
@@ebikeengineer awesome, such a great idea, thanks for your service. It is amazing what you can make into a shower when you need one. So easy to just pack way for camping
The solar shower bags were on sale at 2 for $9.95 in our local Anaconda, so I bought 10.
I have seen them on sale as low as $4.00 each in Anaconda.
We can solar heat up to 200L for the ensuite 12v shower system powered from our solar charged 1987 Cub Camp-O-Matic Offroad 380 camper trailer.
Any empty bags are filled with the same 12v shower pump from a creek in the morning.
I had a thought of joining 3 bags together with hose T pieces connected to just 1 nozzle for increased capacity and pressure without using any 12v power.
Regards, Jas.

Nice, $4 would be so good, would definitely be worth buying a couple of them. Nice sounds like a good setup. Thanks
Kud got wit there, dry hum before you put hum in the tint
Do u KNOW if THAT bag CAN RECEIVE pressure with an manual AIR pomp?
Yeah it probably could but at a very low PSI
Just bought this for $4 at anaconda
Who cares if it doesn’t work
Bonus if it does
Haha nice, pretty good for $4, my one is still working now,

Thanks mate
Awesome videos
Thanks mate really appreciate it
Thank you for video but it made me dizzy. Try to stabilize camera.
Hahaha yeah the old camera doesn’t have the best stabilizer in it. Have upgraded to a GoPro now. Thanks for the comment really appreciate it.
I'd advise going to the dr... Getting dizzy over this video is your problem... Not his
Sorry if you don't like useless advice (maybe don't offer it)
Great video mate. Cheers
No problem at all, thank you for the comment really appreciate it.
How long does it run for with a full bag? :)
Good question, I will time it when I get home and give you a exact time. I would say 6-8 minutes with a full bag.
@@Whiteandsonsgarage Thank you! That would be really helpful if you could do it
@@TheCamAlexander no problem at all, with a full bag it lasted 6 minutes and 20 seconds. Hope this helps.
"...creates enough pressure..." LOL
Has enough pressure for a shower
