This rocks so much , here´s the true birth of The sisters of Mercy . The band which recorded " first and last and always " was a whole other thing in general ... actually , just listen to The mission´s debut and then go listen to " Floodland " . That is the perfect experience to show you what/who the Sisters of mercy truly are .
@@andrewphippsphillips1455 damned right !!! and... it´s a DEMO version of a song ! love this one... like I love the Marian DEMO with the sound/music of First´n´last´n´always ;)
Needs a 40 person chorus, female vocal, and Wagnerian synth layering! It'll be epic!
Sounds kinda like videogame music. Awesome!
Exactly! 😆 Nothing less serious than this
I fkn love it. Reminds me of those solo Saturday nights I spent with my Atari as a teenager.
The plasticity of the young eldritch’s voice is vivid in this demo.
he isnt so young here. -27 at least. he was 34 when he recorded under the gun in 93 which was the last releaaed record
This is the montage soundtrack to a lost film where teenage girls are running through an unsupervised mall.
Aerobics in the dark music.
Andrew Eldritch vocals.
a demo? GREAT, I like................I always loved MY Sisters
I read this existed - FINALLY I get to hear a GOOD Demo version .... without the hiiiiiiiiiiiisssssssssssssssss ................
With a bit of work, I think that could be a hit.
First drum n bass track ever 😄
Kult!
(We were Goths, down in 1988...)
Jim Steinman hearing this - "More"
Is this the 8-bit Nintendo version?
Done on a Casio CZ-101 and a drum machine. Demos are usually simple recordings.
This version is defenetly the best version the sisterhood did, maby better then the sisters of mercy (3:40 sining begins)
i don't think this is better than the sisters of mercy version
The sisterhood never did a version of this song. This is a demo copy of “this corrosion” for Sisters of Mercy with just Andrew Eldritch on it.
Hella rare and hella cool
Wayne sings this corrosion to Andrew.
Even more Addams Family than before
Jep! 😎 by Christine&Markku
Oooh the midi song is clearly created with a DX7 and a RX drummachine
It's a Casio CZ-101, which can produce similar sounds to a DX but is a lot simpler.
@@6581punk I know the Cosmo Casio synths .Are you sure this is used for the demo here? Thanks.
Drum machine is definitely an oberheim DMX or a DX
If was a thing Synthwave in the 80s

very Blue Monday - same successful dance vibe
the GLOSSA channel
james ray vocals
C64 version
Hätte beim demo bleiben sollen
James Ray Vocals
Na that's the other version (ruclips.net/video/7_2n4zZw4Jw/видео.html)
sounds like it was done on an emulator ii
It is Fm synthese a DX7 or maybe a 4 operating brother
Some things are better left in the vault.
Yikes. Those vocals
sounds like me
What's your problem? These are classic andrew vocals.
One of the best vocals Ever!!!
Sounds like he was when doing esrlier tracks like "Some Kind of Stranger" or "On The Wire" so shouldn't be THAT surprising.
