For a rare-only build, I think that the warning shots would be better than a Second Riptide Battery. The Warning shots can guaranteedly deal big Nexus Damage and a burst speed stun by Swain

As it is now, you don't even need the second riptide battery. When dropping Swain on board while he as the necessary levelling condition, he will proc one riptide battery twice. The first one being the original summon and the second one is because of the in-game strange interaction with level up. If a champion level up while you play it, the game seems to recognize it as another play of the champion, which mean the plunder effect proc for *both summoning*.
It is possible that the second plunder effect can also happen if the final damage to trigger the level up come from the gatebreaker it, but not from swain nexus strike damage.
So yeah, as someone else suggested in the comment, a pure rare build would get a greater benefit from the warning shots.
20:52 I you looked at it on the unit, it would probably say it cost 2, since the Colossus' power draws an equipment at round start and reduces its cost by 2. The UI sometimes takes a second to catch up with cost changes.

In wish champion specific relics would be actually in golden reliquary pool
Yes, it would suck for some (maybe even for many), but it would make it so you can get best in slot relics for your favourite champions
Also it could make it more desirable to buy the specific ones you want sunce the pool of getting what you don't want is bigger thus buying is even easier
It'll take way more time as F2P, so you can just buy it if you don't want to grind for it as well
What's really a difference between them being in the pool so you buy whatever relic you want because they lower your chances AND them not being in the pool so you buy them directly?
It would just suck to get champion specific relic while you might not even own the champion and players would more likely spend less instead of more because they could obtain everything for free.
I have the swain relic but I don't have packed powder. Would you recommend still using 2 of the rare plunder relics or something else?
If you have double plunder and Swain relic I'd say go for it. Getting him down turn 1 guaranteed is very strong even without packed powder

I still wish Swain had explosive finale as a 4 star.
