I know how you feel. 14 years ago my grandpa died. And yet I know he's watching me. He's with me wherever I am. I don't know why I know it, I just know it. He'll always live in me as long as I remember him. And sincxe he died at Easter I can never forget him. You could say that in some way the story of Jesus has repeated. I don't know much about him and yet thinking of him always being with me makes me calm down and gives me strength and inner peace even though I still miss him.
Mine died when I was 11 and yet it feels like I understood who he was without knowing much about him. Somehow I feel that he never really left me. He lives in me. He gives me additional power.
Same here with my Great Grandfather. He served in WW2 and served his country for half of his life. We are all one as The Trinity and all things are in The Force/scientificly proven God Particles.
Same my 3 grandads died I now have step grandad, one of my grandads was an artist, I have always believed that my art skills came from him and my other 2 grandads served in WW1 and 2.
