"chat bots" is a buzz term but sucks balls in real life. When I hear chat bots, I run away. Do you even enjoy talking with chatbots when you have tech issues? lets be real, i lose my patience with those dumb things.

Developers are not dumb consumers who listen to anonymous RUclips comments. They test and do their own proof of concepts. I doubt any one person could speak on the behalf of a company here.
