Hello again from Yorktown, Virginia. At age 61, I just completed my 15-hour Neuroleadership Certificate in graduate school at American Public University. At the start of this week, I continued on toward my master's degree, which I hope to complete in January of 2025. Your channel and the _Smart Student_ channel have provided plenty of helpful content. Thank you.
You're very welcome: congratulations on your new certification!
@@Onlinepmcourses Thank you, Mr. Clayton.
Great video on the types and importance of attitudes in project management! Understanding how a positive and proactive mindset and other optimistic attitudes can influence project success was really enlightening. I especially appreciated the tips on maintaining a constructive attitude even in challenging situations. Thanks for sharing such practical advice!"
You are very welcome. And thank you for your kind comments.
As per my observation and experience PMs come out of the place of order in their minds while using tools to fix project's possible mistakes. While many others try to fit their order into chaotic flow of events, always fearing something will go wrong and losing control due to that.
I completely agree. Our job is to stay calm in the face of crises, and use our experience and toolset to restore calm to the events around us.
"While many others try to fit their order into chaotic flow of events....".
Well described.
i think this attitude must guided by the self control of our decision, by reviewing it continuously.
