I quit and kept telling people I want to pursue a PhD, and I still might, but I haven't been able to update people in so long that they kind of don't believe me anymore. Luckily, I can live with my parents at the moment, but that comes with its own set of issues. I guess I just wanted to say that I totally agree with what you said about graduating from the top university in your subject yet not immediately finding a dream job or one that could get you there and also with time just not being as fast paced anymore out of school. There aren't set milestones in this semester or the next and a finish line at the end anymore.

I'm a younger millennial and now 27 almost 28 and STILL have barely dipped my toe into the industry i went to school for. this makes me feel a lot better, but also just terrible because yay we're in a recession again.

I knew roflcoptr but I genuinely believed it was just making fun of all the other ridiculously long abbreviations people were trying to make happen at the time.
Like lol - lmao - lmfao - roflmfao - roflcoptr
It was kinda wild for a while there, ppl were just abreviating full sentences and then having to type the sentences out anyway because no one could understand. Morning shows were trying to figure it out and giving wildly incorrect guesses, which led to parents using incorrect slang online to the point some meanings actually changed because so many ppl were using them. Then finally, most of them became cringe and disappeared from use. Rip.

So great to see Eugene again! I know he doesn't love doing the podcast, and I'm glad he's no longer pressured to do it. That said, I've missed him and look forward to seeing the projects he's been working on. Glad the guys now have more creative freedom over their content and that they can choose what they want to take part in -- Kwesi and their staff and guests have been wonderful additions, offering new perspectives and renewed energy.
Also, Rainie is such a natural interviewer. I learned so much about the guys that I didn't know before.

I hate that I know so much about Pride and Prejudice but I’ve read it to death, as well as watched the 1995 BBC miniseries about 15 times. Elizabeth and Mr Darcy do stay together. At the end of the book Austin wrote what she imagines what happened next. Elizabeth and Mr Darcy have several children and are ridiculously happy, Kitty (second youngest) matures without Lydia (youngest who elopes) and gets married, then Mary (middle child) stays at home to look after her parents and is finally happy with herself as she is no longer compared to the rest of her sisters.
Loved the episode guys. You were so dynamic. I laughed so much.❤

Okay... regarding maggots, as someone who rescues ferrets, you can get them in about 18 hours if it's even moderately warm. I cannot tell you how many new owners have come to the education group freaking out about "small white worms" only to be informed it's maggots attracted to ferret poop due to their rapid digestion
