Thanks, thought I was going mad. I was sure my tracks where locking bang on the bar but they where ever so slightly out, not such a big deal if something is looped twice but after about 6 loops it began to tell. great tip

My problem is the drum machine reloops a beat late
The only thing I can think of that is happening here is that your original track is not in time either the metronome. Turn the metronome on and see if your track is in time. Then solo the drum machine and see if that is in time. Let me know the results

I take instrumental from bandlab it's 2 tracks 1 bass in f mayor and other guitars, fx etc in d#, eb mayor so my range vocal key is bminor what can I do for to adjust the instrumental to my voice could you help me to fix that please

If I understood you correctly, you want transpose the backing track to suit you voice range. To do this right click on the backing tracks you want change, go down to AudioStretch then choose More. Here you can change the pitch by one octave up or down. Hope that helps.

My song is 2 minutes and 30 seconds but when I save it or post it then it becomes 4 minutes and 30 seconds how can I fix this I only need my 2minutes and 30 seconds
Maybe there's a rogue sample hidden at the end of your track somwhere around 4 minutes and 30 seconds. Take a look and delete it then you should be good to go - Good luck
