Bucking down on frats and general college parties has lead to parties like this in the video being not as excellent. It’s the same outside of college, where noise complaints are a hair trigger to get shut down
@@apollo3656 I graduated about 2 years ago. Parties are still fun as hell in college, but cops and administrations have become more strict, and it of course depends on the school you go to.

Don't give up. Wisconsin loves transfer students. I had to transfer in, and the wait was worth it! Best university in the country.
