Hello Friends. Making good use of our visit to the warm winter weather of Arizona. If you find yourself in the Desert Southwest, consider talking with Connie or Shawn at Happy Trails Adventure Co. to take a desert SXS adventure here. www.happytrailsaz.com/ We loved our adventure so much, we bought our own SXS to bring back to New Mexico and build into a weekender overland rig. Watch for those episodes coming soon.
Sometimes I forget that Scott is a real business man, rather than just a house-building, nature-loving, genuine man. The interview with the receptionist is an incredible example of how to do a even partnership. I'm almost tempted to take a trip out to wickenburg now lol
Definitely connect with our friend Brian. He can lead you on some great rides... and he has two motorcycles as well so he does a lot of road trips on bikes.
Looks like Brian took great care of you, I plan on getting out there to take a trip like that with him in the near future. Especial now that he has 2 side by sides.
We are headed out there tomorrow to break in our new CANAM Defender with Brian in his RZR and Heather's sister and boyfriend in the Talon. Should be a fun time. 80 degrees tomorrow!
Scott I’ve thought about one of those side by side vehicles as they look like a lot of fun and a great way to simply get “out there”… We’re looking at purchasing a home in New Mexico, and this is not helping towards that end. But it was a fun distraction from our destination so thank you for sharing.
Hi Hugh. Well, once you get to NM, you might consider something like this. We bought one last week to use both as a ranch utility vehicle and as a weekender adventure vehicle near and around our cabin.
I don't think you stated the right time in the video as 2:10 is at the beginning of the video. But, if we went through a gate, that means it is public access. Some of the roads pass through ranch land with an easement.
@@4XPEDITION crap, sorry I meant 12:10. And okay cool! I’m not used to it being okay to cross through other people properties here in PA lol. That’s so cool these trails go everywhere!
Sorry, there isn't. Honestly, Brian knew where he was going having driven it 10 times (and still looked at his GPS a few times). You might contact Happy Trails and ask them.

Thanks Jake! So glad to be back in the saddle on adventures. Love the Cabin build and living the cabin life, but this is a blast!
Rode with Brian, great time. Beautiful
Nice!
Looks awful fun! Can't wait to get to Wickenburg and check it out!!

Awesome video bro! Enjoyed it!
Thanks man. Glad to ride with you and good to spend time with you!
If you want to see Joshua Trees in AZ, come up to Meadview, AZ.
Good to know!

16:24 I guess it is only fitting there is one place that Ca. gets the Saguaro cactus so I guess it would be only fair that Az. gets a place as well.
Oh look it’s Matt one of my best friends in the beginning!!!
Cool!

@@4XPEDITION definitely, we’re working on a house in Las Cruces.
Maybe rent them for a couple of times to see what you like. Lots of wide open spaces in NM.
that was really cool I think that's a awesome time who was the guy that showed all those trails would like to hook up with him
Brian Schott. Lives in Wickenburg.
Hey 4X--On the return trip when the trail crosses Highway 71 there are gates on both sides of the road. Easy access or locked up?
Enjoyed the video. On the Talon what is your average mpg in the desert. Heading out in March 23 was looking at taking 3-5 gal extra
Glad you enjoyed it. Don't recall the mpg.
Enjoyed the video. Do you recall the amount of fuel each utv used? Thanks
Sorry, I cannot recall.
Nice ride! Do you have this trail route on a GPX file?
I do not. Sorry.
Looks like a great adventure! Do you happen to have the trail route saved?
Unfortunately not. I think Brian captured them. I can check.
That gate at 2:10, is that for public use? I'm trying to plan a trip out there and I love this trail so far!

New to the sports how much did the rental cost per hour?
3:48. 5225.06 What cost that much? The TV?
What road did you guys turn off of in wickenburg to take that trail? And what was the name of the restaurant you stopped at?
Vulture Mine road going north right before the tracks. Not sure I can recall the restaurant name.
Is there a trail map that I can get to do this ride ? Ride command ?
Sorry, there isn't. Honestly, Brian knew where he was going having driven it 10 times (and still looked at his GPS a few times). You might contact Happy Trails and ask them.
Looks like an awful trail. How many gates did you go through? Only midway through vid. Who likes Joshua trees?
Hmm... negative 1-2-3.
The stupid motorist law only applies if you go around closed road barriers and then have to be rescued.
