  • Detailed explanation of the cooling system's IC10 MIPS assembly source code (and the other code).
Building a DARK green"house", since this Moon (Easy) explanation playthrough uses 200 MINUTES PER GAME DAY instead of the usual 20! And I must say, since I keep changing the game to a slower cycle, it's just more fun for me. RECOMMENDED!
Building a spawn point in case of death.
Doubling to 4 station batteries and adding cable analyzers everywhere.
    Automating indoor light.
    Miningminingminingminingminingmining.
    Smeltingsmeltingsmeltingsmeltingsmelting. (Invar/Constantan/Steel/ and stacked ingots)
    Upgrading manufactories. Advanced tool belt!
Printed (but not built) 1x Deep Miner.
Here's part 1 (7.5 hours): • Stationeers on the Moo...
One reload because I couldn't be arsed to send the entire smelted badge, upon which the entire rest of the video hinged and for whose mining we had spent 30 minutes easily, through the non-existent centrifuge for an hour just because I forgot to open the furnace's lever.

Powered through episode 1 loved seeing everything happen even the long mining session and changes in builds while building feel more authentic

Thanks, love to hear it. I guess opinions differ on that front, but I have had comments like yours a few times - but not one telling me to skip the mining parts - so either the majority prefers uncut or, which I rather believe, those impatient skip manually. Since you can't "unskip", it makes sense to not cut out the slower action.

As always a great Vid. I find you very entertaining and I love your accent. I am also learning a lot. Thank you my Friend. Watched all the way through yet again. I am from the North of England in case you are curious.

Thank you, kind connoisseur from the origin of the English language! I'm always chuffed when someone expresses enjoyment of the items that I produce for fun and Stationeers enthusiasm. You may be interested to know that I just completed a 3.5h video of a very different kind, except it's once again about teaching beginners about Stationeers. Will probably not hold valuable information for you. But it seems to have turned out well, hehe. It's called "Lunar Emergency: The Stowaway - A Stationeers Beginner Tutorial" - will probably be up in a day.

Vacation, eh? I wish I had extra time like that. Anyway, thanks for the praise. A game tick in Stationeers is (almost) precisely 0.5s long. Plants in Stationeers have so far always stuck with their 20 minute day/night cycle logic. 20 minutes = 20*60 seconds = 1200 seconds = 2400 game ticks. 1400+1000 = 2400. The Stationpedia values for a plant's light/dark needs are MINIMUMS, so if you give them more of each, they're fine. And as far as I heard, plants only grow while they have sun/grow light, so extending that period as much as possible is productive. Things to consider: 1) There is genetic drift, so plants may have slightly different timing needs. 2) The light amount that you can see via the Plant Analyzer Cartridge, which may say e.g. 80% when you only use the grow light, or maybe 180% when you use both, should not only increase the plant's grow speed, but it supposedly also counts towards the time: At e.g. 200% light, the min light duration should already have been reached at only half the Stationpedia-prescribed time.

@@OwnerOfTheCosmos No holidays, just an artist with a part-time job and a nerd side who likes to learn engineering/coding :p This game is perfect to learn all of that in a fun way. Thanks for your clear explanations, I get it now :) Now it's time to see your atmospheric series :0)

Problem with this game is most RUclips videos of this game are minimum 1 hour and average 5 hours. This is not a format your average player would ever consider watching and is what keeps this game extremely niche. Modded Minecraft can get very complex but doesn’t expect you to get a degree in the game. I’m a software engineer who dabbles in hardware engineering but this game has such an astronomically steep learning curve that I struggle. I guess of course you’re a German as you guys seem to be the engineers of the planet. 😊

The game is very deep, but if one first doesn't wanna get this deep, the amount of knowledge required can also be conveyed quickly. Here's a 35 minute video that gets from zero to a working station incl. hydroponics, station battery (Furnaced steel!), drinking bottle filler: ruclips.net/video/WUXgYpFD5fI/видео.html
