Organs always work pretty well unless you develop disease. When you're young organs work better than they really need to, so there's a lot of reserve capacity. 100 year olds can have organs that are reasonably healthy.

our internal organs decay with age - hence age is NOT a number but a reality. How can we reverse decay of our internal organs due to ageing??

@ I use Tibetan medicines which is a combination of ancient knowledge from india and Tibetan Buddhism
