If it's possible to reattach nerves below the cervical spine, then theoretically, it could be feasible to reattach them within the cranial cavity. This raises the question: why not replace the brain entirely, or even partially? Hi Phil, could you do a video on longevity and living in a world that is on the verge of collapse? For example, one can live longer but might get long covid, or be infertile from all the endocrine disruptors in the environment, or tissue damage from all the plastics in the food, air, water, etc... Or living longer but with less nutritious food because of soil nutrient depletion, or living longer with more extreme weather and AMOC collapse. or longevity and civilization collapse?

For many of us (Me) currently enjoying great health on a very low>no carb diet, any positive news involving saturated fats is always a bonus. When I eat, I am simply fueling my body with complete, nutritionally dense foods. So my curiosity was how does C15 arrive at my doorstep using the fatty foods I currently eat as fuel...since I feel so good. I think the research is still too early on C15 for it to now be needing supplementation to a mega dosing level. Every new biological revelation doesn't need to be monetized or get it's own million dollar IPO. And I don't necessarily want to live FOREVER! If I am this healthy up to the point of my death, that's good with me. EAT...MEAT...REPEAT...!

I think this C15 hype is completely speculative at best. What is necessary are very controlled studies that will prove both association and causation. Evidently, there has not been any studies yet proving the merits of C15.

What about EMF negative side effects? Does TRFT increase EMFto the brain?

Is C15 fatty acid approved by FDA for human use? Is it available in the market?

I'm tempted to skip this because of all of the research I have done on the dangers of EMF but I'll listen.

The ecological evidence supporting a link betwern declining intake of dairy fat and global trends in heart disease and other inflammation-linked chronic conditions seems a little sketchy considering that milk of any kind has never been a dietary staple of most of the world's adults.

I have read no credible evidence that ANY of these horribly costly new medicines or treatments do even the slightest good against Alzheimers.
