My wife and I are in our 40s, and when my wife said she didn’t know what Build a Bear was, I had to show her a video. When your video came up, I could tell we would like it. You remind me a lot of myself as a teen-combat boots with rainbow laces, adorable haircut, the essential stop at hot topic. I love seeing your rainbow flags and how some things have gotten better for your generation, despite the weird suggestion that a stuffed frog needs a gender! I really hope it truly is safer for you to be proud of who you are because you have a great spirit.

That guy was incredibly unprofessional :( the point of build a bear is to let the customer take in the experience for themselves...he didn't give them a chance to look in the bins for themselves, nor do the certificates on their own...that's just awful :(
since this one a kiosk and not a build a bear store its self, thats just the way they do it. its in the middle of the mall instead of a store. I was disappointed too, but thats the way they do it at this mall. he wasn't being unprofessional, he was doing what he was told to do /nm
