Well there's no tiger model in GTA V it was a mountain lion and if you did play as them you could attack people, same with many of the other animals even the sharks, I think the cow and pig had charge attacks, not sure about the domesticated cats, but many of them could do more than just stand, walk or run.
RDR2 is everything a game should be...Rockstar does shit right most the time, now if they'd just continue giving RDRO more attention instead of GTAO that'd be great.
