Chkdsk c: is an read only mode errors are still there so what to do

For me while im working on the system it shows this blue screen error. So its not a start up problem ? Bec the PC already started and then only while working it fails.

The blue screen first time arrive on my laptop, I am little bit of confused because none of the options are working.
But eventually my battery is low and it is shut down on its own, And ON without any hindrances.
For any Upcoming problems I followed the instructions of tweaky library.
