Overkilling Machine is one of the few cases where the default is better than the advanced version, in this case Uberkilling Machine. Uber is stronger stat wise, but Over has the trait "Tactical Trooper" that gives it an extra attack. What I did is I upgraded to Uber so I can get it's skill "Uberkilling Machine" and then synthesize BACK to Overkilling machine.
@@SonicEdge7 I just went for Attack Boost 4 and 3. I THINK I was gonna add whatever skill was gonna give me some anti-species attacks like Dragon Slash or Slime slash. Though, Uberkill seems to be working plenty enough by itself
@@tvskull5270 the thing that makes Overkilling Machine better than it's "upgrade" the Uberkilling Machine is due to it being able to attack twice per turn even as a small, and it additionally has the metal slayer (forget the name) ability, allowing it to bypass metal slimes' defenses.
For the $10US the time you save with mole hole is more then worth it. I hate day 1 DLC, but the time I'd lose is less time with my wife, and 2 dogs. Or digimon cards.
I've noticed that there's a pretty major gap in the synthesis progression between B-Rank Monsters and A-Rank Monsters. Definitely seems to be that most just have Unique* Synthesis lines. I'm well into late-game and am currently running a vicious loadout on a L Size Blacn Dragon and its been a carry, but I was confused why finding potential A-Rank options to fuse it into later was so scarce. Thanks so much for the info!
i figured out how Metal Slime spawning works. because i wondered why they are so rare. on the whole map there can only be 1 special Monster at a time. as long as u do not scare it away or fight it, it will not disapear. no matter if the season changes, u move far away from it or teleport on the same map. and similar to eggs they seem to have dedicatet points where they can spawn. so if u run around a map a few times u can memorise theyre spawn points and can farm fast Exp.
It's a great guide. Any chance you can make a guide to help people choose which final talents to give to the synthesized monsters? There's where I'm lost most of the time. I don't know what's better so I end bullshitting whatever in a monster.
Great guide! You could possibly add things like if you can catch the monster outright or if there are easily catchable pre-synthesis. Like for the jack clown, you can catch the red wizard monster and the yellow hat mole guy. Definitely depends where you are in the game though.
Thanks for the guides 😊😊 im excited to see how to make Darkdrium/Nocturne if exist in this game and all the Super Abilities ican have through Synthesis ❤❤❤❤
Hey man. Would you consider making a video about the stats? For example Wisdom, what does it affect? Some skills scale of stats but also some don't. we need a general big guide for that!
This is crazy 😂 I’m at middle echelon of Caprice with Flamethrower/Archdemon/LiquidMetalSlime/Shogum, it’s crazy to see how powercreep since the Joker 2 days effected the game
Just got my maniacal blade maven overkiller. this thing is awesome. I feel like I have a much better chance against this general chayne guy. I really hit a wall with this guy, so I have been doing a lot of synthesizing and levelling for better monsters in order to beat this guy. I hope to survive more than two turns next time.
Great guide. Getting frustrated though because the skeleton has decided he doesn't want to spawn when I go to his zone. Tried changing the season and just waiting around. No spawn.
I encountered a glitch, I am unable to progress the story. I went to the paddock right after beating circle of conquest middle, and now the seen where the imp brings the armlet will not trigger. Any ideas what to do or where yo report the glitch? I'm very bummed becuase I made both S rank monsters.
Just asking: does someone know if you have the "+1, +2, +3..." bonus when you synthetize the same monster again, just as in DQM1 & 2? I mean, I've played the other DQM games before and they have it, but I haven't seen it here, that bonus :(
I decided to grind out getting the Overklling machine and Greygnarl, but they have quite low mp, how do I boost this stat up since they don’t get much mp other than from seeds?
The only question I have which is at no rush at all to be answered but what is the best way to scout the already complex synthesized mole hole monsters. My team is all lvl 17 and I can usually only get it to about 6% chance.
ITs good and all but if you can get the Uber killing machine then do so also as good as Mole hole is SPENDING like $80 for a COPY of the Deluxe Digital edition and ANOTHER $40+ just for that DLC isn't really WORTH it.
I hate the Mole hole DLC icause it's a bad QOL, it reduces the challenge of getting things and incentivises the devs that if they add monsters to simply put that into mind and make monster recipes unbearingly hard to make. also the fun is gone if you just gmod prop summon whatever you want.
Reuploaded - as I made a mistake uploading the wrong file before! Thank you so much for the support on my Dragon Quest Content!

What would you recommend for his other two talents? Saw another video suggesting Maniac and Duelist.

You could also make uberkilling machine large and get multiple attacks from that as well
@@tvskull5270 the thing that makes Overkilling Machine better than it's "upgrade" the Uberkilling Machine is due to it being able to attack twice per turn even as a small, and it additionally has the metal slayer (forget the name) ability, allowing it to bypass metal slimes' defenses.
Great Guide and really nice work with the Picture! I hope more are coming.
I love your summary/ info graph at the end. You’re the real MVP!
My most favorite synthesis that I have seen so far is Dhoulmagus + Evil Sir Leopold = Rhapthorn as DQ8 is one of my most favorite games ever.
My personal favorite monster line. I'm doing it no DLC dungeons and have a Hunter Mech, Jugular Joker and need to get a skeleton swordsman next

Yeah in late-game best monsters seem to be unique synthesis!

hoooooly crap. Thank you for this. I've been trying to figure out why I can't find metals to save my life.
thank you so much for these pictures - this is so much better. Awesome.
Love this guide so much better than the previous style. You should redo all of them or add these files to the video descriptions.
Ugh - your ability to make short, concise, informative, and BEAUTIFUL guides is unparalleled.
Like, how?? (○•○)
Thank you so much - It's beautiful to read that what I'm trying to work hard for is appreciated!
@@HDHaZmY Trust me - it shows so clearly in your work. I even had to follow you on Twitter today to see your offerings there! I love the calendar ♡
Love the infograph / flow chart! Very helpful!
Anything you'd change? :P
Would love more of these videos, synthesis of specific high rank mons has me so confused

I still need to test skills - guide soon!
Funny how a year ago I was watching you for Salmon Run content and now I'm watching you for Dragon Quest Monsters content
Wow this was easier to follow that others thanks so much
Thanks! this is awesome! Absolutely love your picture guide!

Bro! You nail it with the quick reference graphs, you should make them downloadable. Screen shots can get kinda blurry
On my Twitter they are downloadable - but yeah it does require Twitter. You can also join my Discord Server for them!
Could you make a guide about the difference between regular, spell, breath, and dance damage, what scales with what, what doesn't scale, etc?
thank you very much for the chart, it's super helpful!
Can you do a synthesis guide on the black dragon next? Please!
Best one out there right now, keep it up.
Thanks man - that means a lot!
lol your doing the goddess's work, thank you for your guides
This was really easy to make. Thank you so much for this video. Could you also make one for Krystalinda?
Don't tell anyone but that's the next guide!
Thanks for the guides 😊😊 im excited to see how to make Darkdrium/Nocturne if exist in this game and all the Super Abilities ican have through Synthesis ❤❤❤❤
Dude, nice work! Keep at it! Also, do Malroth or Krystalinda next! 😉
Krystalinda for sure!
Also put what talent best for her... I just slapped wisdom booster 4 to her
Great guide! Very helpful
Dude the chart you made is so good. Notbsure what you do for a living but think about being a RPA Business Analyst. Youd be amazing at it lol
I do this - being a RUclips creator ^^
Hey man. Would you consider making a video about the stats? For example Wisdom, what does it affect? Some skills scale of stats but also some don't. we need a general big guide for that!
Maybe a guide that has some 4 monster fusions you may have come across? I saw there's one involving the 4 guardians from the 4th game
Actually that's tomorrows video lol - grandparent synthesis
@@HDHaZmY nice! Can't wait to watch it

I do wish the mole hole was bigger and had more monsters. I once had to reset a hole like 30 times just to get a single monster i was looking for
Great guide. Getting frustrated though because the skeleton has decided he doesn't want to spawn when I go to his zone. Tried changing the season and just waiting around. No spawn.
Could you maybe make a video for getting team together which is good at scouting?
Yes I have a fairly good team for early game not sure how it holds up!
I am new to dragon quest monsters, I want to use blue moon. Is it any good?
can you please create a guide on creating some of the best skills?
The infographics are great but you should go over what the final monster has to offer (its talents and traits)
I did at the start - They have high base Attack and Agility Stats, with their best iconic trait being able to perform 2 action per turn.
@@HDHaZmY right, but what’s the best skills to give them (attack booser, etc)
What do you recommend as traits for the final product? All attack boosters? Or should I include an attacking skill set

Do they retain the metal beater trait or is that random?
I decided to grind out getting the Overklling machine and Greygnarl, but they have quite low mp, how do I boost this stat up since they don’t get much mp other than from seeds?
My overkilling machine is level 29 but with only 55 mp. Did I do something wrong when synthesizing or is there a way I can get mp up
You are fine - I used Seeds of Magic to increase it's MP - it's a good way to do it!
Is the incarnus in this game?
How did you miss the Restless Armour in the same area as Jinkster? My son got his Hunter Mech without ever putting in any effort...
This is an early game guide and thus shows full synthesis
How early in the game do you think you could do this? For instance, I just reached the first middle lvl.
This? Super early - as soon as you enter into the 3rd ( Lava ) zone dungeon where you can scout the Blue Blinksters.
@@HDHaZmY Awesome, I'm going to try to give it a go.

Level up a team of Str-based monsters. Those monsters in the mole hole are all level 20-40 already!
@@HDHaZmY oh snap! That’d make sense for the % being so low hahah thank you! I gotcha
Can this be done in Demo?
If you go a couple of more in the synthetis line, you will get the Uberkilling Machine (rank S)
Bra MOLEHOLE I love it❤
I think the pixie lampling fusion is incorrect. I just used a “Picksey” and a lampling to get a pickeyune
But that is exactly what is on the guide.
Does that mean that unique monsters can not be scouted in the DLC?
They can be - that's why DLC is op.
yep a chart or infographic. it's easily much more readable.
Where can i scout napir?😢
You have to synthesise it!
How bout a guide that says everything you must capture instead then step by step that?
He ment to say X .......
Why does the Overkilling Machine look like Metal Sonic
Does anyone know a good healer type monster?
Gold Slime - will make a guide for it.
Look forward to it

Is A rank the highest ?
No!
No it goes all the way up to X rank which in turn is mostly based of the main games DQ 1 to 9's FINAL bosses.
speaking of japense player meta howabout a guide for krystalinda or what ever her name is... ice girl from dq11
Unique = shiny ????
No it means that's the only way to synthesise it
@@HDHaZmY AAAAH ok bro thx ! I dont have a good english
them mole hole monsters have low scouting chance lol
Only if you are low level - those monsters are level 20-40. Still you easily get 30% on them and save many hours.
Me watch tips to dq4.2
Me get dq4 ptsd
Dlc on steam ?
All DLCs are on steam too!
I don't know why you pronounce monsters like m-un-sters. Good video nevertheless.
