Man, you couldn't TELL me I wasn't the 4th member! I was like 11 when this came out and every time they played it on Video Soul (yup, took it there), I'd run and put on my Easter suit jacket and be two stepping in the living room trying to hit that note! Wow...what a throwback. You can definitely hear the New Edition and New Kids on the Block influences.
Maurice Starr has a son in the group, He started New Edition, New Kids on the Block, Both groups ended up suing him because he didn't pay them all of their money. He fought to not have either group record any more under those names and tried to stop them from ever recording period. But both groups won those lawsuits thankfully.
