Most of these candies are actually retro. My parents used to eat them when they were kids, but it is hard nowadays to find ones like these. The Thai Tingkat is called "Pin-toh" in Thai and I have never seen candies like this one before! Now I want to try it. Thank you Dancing Bacons for another good video

The ice cream candy is one of my childhood candy. I live in Malaysia, and there would always be a motorist that will roam around my neighbourhood selling candies and snacks. Thanks DB, for making this video.
This was a really engaging video with a wide range of candy that many of us would never have the chance to buy and try. The fried egg one was real creative! Kudos to the makers!
I always find it interesting how despite Australia being the country that "invented" Milo (Yes, I know it's made in Singapore but it's actually Australian) we have a very small selection of milo products
We hardly have it in Scotland either. Asda (Walmart) has the tinned powder and ready to drink small cans but that's it and it's pretty expensive too. The powder is £4.50 and the drink is £1.50 last time I checked. How much is it in other parts of the world?
These Thai candies sure look unique. If I happen to visit Thailand in some way, then maybe I could try out these candies. Dancing Bacons are the best at what they do. They appreciate a whole lot of cultures across the globe.
Wow what a great idea to use popping candy in a frying pan! It sounded so realistic 🍳😀. And it looked pretty easy to cut up too. I would say that was the best of the bunch. What do you think was the best?

I get the feeling that packaged food (whether candy or entrees) is packaged with a 'fun" feel to it that is aimed at the child in all of us. Many of those look similar to candies that were popular in America back in the 60's.
These remind me of Candy stores in Japanese Suburbs. Seems like they got one in Thailand too. I wonder if there is anymore in South East Asia and if they are as good as Japanese Candies.
