The sooner people in many gaming communities understand a studio's name doesn't represent their beloved titles the better, it's the people behind the name what matters. Several videogame studio devs and heads came and went without many noticing, leaving a completely different team remaining in charge. Take Bungie for example, it started as a passionate team of nerds focused on making games they liked and cared about, their studio had personality and didn't aimed to make products that appealed mainly to their overlords. Now the studio is indistinguishable from any other modern videogame company, with constant shift of talents, filled with moral buzzwords and screw ups.

With killing Arkham batman they way they did, they shot themself point blank in the chest, ending thier standing as one of the most memorable and honorable gaming studios to now be remembered as the game studio that literally ended their own legacy and turing their fan base on them. Two good things came from Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice Leauge
1) I saved some money by not buying a trash game.
2) I'm playing through an infinitely better game called Arkham City.

I’ve been playing all the Arkham games for 10 years straight and completed all of them on hard difficulty 100% . I was finally so excited for a new Arkham game to play until they made this failure . That game is a fkng disappointment and it ruined me so much to see batman being treated like that . I do hope Sefton Hill and Jamie Walker (forgive me if I do butcher the names) make a better game in their new studio than Rocksteady. Maybe one day a Batman Beyond or Red Hood solo game instead of Rocksteady

They did it get away from DC. After arkham knight they wanted to make an original multi-player shooter live service IP.
Their new studio is making original stuff. But knowing what marvel has been doing they might approach their new studio to make a potential daredevil or other marvel character game.
