      Not better, necessarily but different.
      You could choose to have a career where you develop in one organisation, at your own pace. For some individuals, this would suit their circumstances. Others thrive in rotational training programmes. We aren't all the same, and we don't all have to have the same career.

      Are you required to do on-calls as speciality Dr? If so, is it just within hours or ooh and weekends as well? And how is the pay for these on-calls calculated as I understand there is no banding as such for speciality Dr? Thanks
