I really like how Joe-Joe not only knows his former builds to the T but he obviously loves what he did and does. He always refers to anything Parliaments as "ours" and "we". He still 'owns' them after all these years. Great job Jo-Jo!

My compliments to Joe for his extensive knowledge of the build quality with this coach. No doubt he is a true craftsman! He also needs to have 4 apprentices working under him to learn a fraction of what he knows! A solid built coach!

Andrew this is the only way you should always present these motor coaches. With the man that knows what he's talking about. It makes for a better video showing. A lot more confidence when getting into one of these buses. Jo jo knows what he's talking about. Just all the knowledge he has it would make me feel comfortable buying one that he knows about he knows the good and the bad
I like Joe's style there Andrew, Technical is what a lot of potential RV owners look for, colour looks etc are secondary .. just saying An experienced engineer / builder / salesman / star ;)
The only changes I would make is upgraded TVs, internet and maybe a washer/dyer combo, if possible. That is one beautiful Coach. Great job, gentlemen.

Great use of "Efficiency." Not much "overkill" going on here. Beautiful. I was just surprised to see an Aqua Hot on a Prevost. OMG. I love the AC overrides and Awning controls. Genius.
Jo Jo and you are another team extraordinaire...this is just beautiful...classic and gorgeous..like furniture you save for generations inside and incredible build...love it.

I paid almost $400,000 for a 2023 Tiffin Phaeton 40’ with a multitude of issues from the paint to the chassis components. I probably should’ve bought this conversion and saved a lotta headaches. I would definitely update it with a crestron system and a few other items, but the quality and workmanship, in this unit are incomparable to what you get in today’s market

This one is a beauty. My husband and I bought our first motor coach (1988 Vogue) at Parliament from Harvey Mitchell (Vogue & Parliament). Evil Knievel was there with his Parliament coach.
This is a really fantastic motorhome. The quality and design are just superb and I would be proud to own it. I don’t say that very often and the only thing I would consider changing are the door handles which are really dated.

Andrew, could you check and get an accurate measurement on length ? I plan to buy an RV, do a cross USA tour and then bring it to Norway... We have a max length allowance of 12000 mm or 12 meter... After looking at other 40 feet RVs I discover 39 feet is not exactly 39 feet, 40 feet is not exactly 40 feet etc.
Redundancy is a virtue in RVs. They overengineered and overbuilt a lot on this bus, and thats appreciable. Not going to test drive it? Thanks for sharing it.

Я был бы рад если бы ты показал как раздвигается дом на колесах и как он выглядит в сложенном виде, на сколько удобно находиться в доме пока он сложен, а так же мне бы хотелось посмотреть как выглядят дома на колесах в виде прицепа, на сколько удобно таскать прицеп в сравнении с автобусом, буду очень благодарен если ты всё это покажешь, заранее спасибо.

Let's be real! $400K for a 2008; 16 maybe even 17 year old 40' bus is crazy! It probably has a ton of issues underneath that will require thousands upon thousands to fix. It's maybe, maybe worth $100K at best...
It's a lot, but even production class A motorhomes that age are often above 100K. Inflation Nation

Reupholster the couches, redo the carpet in the bedroom to tile, update the TVs' and you got yourself a 40ft 2slide for under 500k.
