Nope , can do on samsung as well ! I got a cheap stylus from Amazon which works quite well and now I m doing note taking on my tablet (samsung A7 lite mini)

Correct! Videos like this discourage android users , it would be better if they mix both ipad user , android user and paper , however as I said we can do this on android as well as on paper as you mentioned earlier.
