The problem with 'Aesthetic Notes' is that people confuse them with literal ART. You don't need to get 3 brush pens and blend colors for just the TITLE. You also do NOT need washi tape, stickers, or anything like that. It is NOTES, not art. People who put those in these kinds of videos gross me out. They also put sleeves over their arms bro. What's the point? It is just note taking not a video worth a million bucks.

bro if i make notes like they did in 0:50 i would fail and get lecture from my parents about buying so much stationary and wasting so much time on making these notes.i am not saying not to make asthetic notes but i am saying that asthesim is not that important ,learning anad understanding the concept is more important. just use a black pen ,highlighter and marker and a notebook. and also u dont need to have all the fancy branded notebooks and pen normal pens and notebook will work[i know i have been such a dictator in this comment but i am being honest and possibly saving your grades]

Its all fun and a sorta evidence of elite productivity but honestly it's such a huge waste of time and so not practical all you guys need is a black pen and some register and a active fresh mind plus increased efficiency while studying.

No.1 tip just use a neat paper with lines or squares, pens, highlighter, eraser for pens (correction tape, fluid one-)

Actually the point of making pretty and aesthetic notes is to paraphrase whatever your writing, so like write about the topic in your own words, and you should be able to understand and memorize whatever you wrote. You should use like one black pen with one highlighter since everything becomes a bit unorganised once you start making EVERYTHING multicolored. Stationary i recommend using: • zebra mildliners [highlighter] • zebra sarasa black pen • line grid paper [it helped me a lot while taking notes while i was in elementary!!!] • this isn't stationary but i use a laptop for my school work since it's more appropriate for my age and i get A LOT of work done so maybe you can start using a laptop/maybe an iPad unless your school allows iPads. [Mine doesn't) • sticky notes • rulers That's it hope it helped! I use all of these items and they really helped me through school, i hope they help you too.

You don’t need pretty notes for good grades but it helps motivate me . I normally wright all my notes and then go back in and take less than 5 mins to highlight and make everything pretty. This way I get the important stuff done

I want pretty notes like in the video but I dont have clear handwriting. Sometimes i can’t even understand my own handwriting. Im also a very visual learner. And last thing. My profferers talk to fast for me to take pretty notes. Anyone have any tips?

guys, I need help 💀 HOW THE HECK DO THESE PEOPLE USE THESE PRETTY MARKERS AND PEN AND NOT WORRY THE SLIGHTEST BIT ABOUT BLEEDING. Ok, so, I spent like 50 bucks getting a 20 pack of those Stabilo fineliners that everyone at school are going crazy about and guess what the outcome was. BLEED, BLEED, BLEED, BLEED AND BLEED. It ruined the rest of my notes 😭 My friends told me to get better paper, but it's still the same outcome. Someone, please help.

My advice for note taking: 1.) Don’t write everything shown - Most of the things shown on the board or presentation isn’t always necessary. Write down only the things that are important. I mean, sure, you can write it all if you write fast and just highlight the necessary things later- but I just recommend you to write down main ideas and after that, word it in your own words and understanding after that. 2.) Don’t always write it straight on the notebook - If you want pretty notes, I recommend you write it on an intermediate pad/paper first then rewrite it on the notebook after that. It’s also good so that you can revise it if needed and if the lecture is going very fast. 3.) Put a little box shaped thing under your notes or on another page - This box will serve as the place where you can write the summary, main things or ideas that the topic is talking about. So if ever you’re going to do a quick study/re-read, you can easily go there and do a re-read. Make sure to write it in your own words and understanding. It’s also good so that you would know if you really understand the lesson. Make another box to re-write to correct the mistakes in your understanding if needed. 4.) Use assorted colored pens/highlighters - Use pens and highlighter in different colors. What I recommend is that per subject or chapter, change the color of the pens and highlighters used. It’s good so that you would be more organized and to put the spot light on the main things you need to remember. 5.) Ask to borrow others notes if needed - Sometimes, if the lectures go too fast and you’re not able to write all of it, don’t be shy to borrow others notes! It’s also good to see how others make and take their notes, maybe you can learn and borrow some ways how to.

I wish I could go back to studying at home but my parents insist on leaving me in a public school, I think it's much better to study at home, besides being more practical and simple you don't get late for classes, or can't take notes fast enough, I'd be homeschooled just fine.
