- Total Environment Music Foundation presents The Django Reinhardt Festival at Windmills Craftworks on 22nd, 23rd and 24th January 2016. Stephane Wrembel and his band of gipsies came together from the USA and France to pay tribute to Reinhardt.

I didn't do that. I just gave up on the Django style and tried to find my own way. Now at 81 I have lost most of it anyhow; a lifetime of trying for nothing! Lol!

Speeding up and loosing it.
Check the tempo in the first chorus and the last. They are very close. Music is supposed to breathe. This obsession with never varying tempo is for wankers. Besides, despite what the folks are commenting the later tempo is about 5 clicks slower. freakin internet people.
Try shutting off your metronome. Feel the groove. If you can't hear the music, go to an art museum.
@@danabartholomew3081 I don't think you understood my comment. Not at all. I was responding to other people bitching about the supposed tempo shift. This does speed up, but it should, music breathes. So, I don't know who you're preaching to. I groove like a mf.
