i don't care how he chooses to present.. this is a childhood hero of mine in the music world. Jordan, you are doing something different.. not just doing but thinking differently. I am similar to others that first maybe saw you on a Bruce Willis film... folks with strings in their hands immediately took note. At the end here I want to I think just thank you and challenge the next set of generations to watch and learn from what you have produced here.

Mastering, look for that "sparkle" The sparkle really make this super. Milton Nascimento on vocal. Reference mix, Isolate the frequency. 11K - 14K as I hear it for the EQ curve. Make it sparkle. Get that sizzle. Mix engineer cuts hard. That is good. Try and release the sound in the master. Frequency is there to work with. Live engineer sound engineer did great job. Very rare in music. See? they credit the mic down engineer. Worked with him for 30 years.

Tpt. Bobby Shew taught me the ta ka ta ka thing. Mohini De can do it excellent. I can do it. Bobby Shew travel to India to learn it. Bobby Shew taught it to all us Americans. My English teacher gave me an F in English because I was tapping out Indian Rhy. in class. Don't do that in class guys. They give you an F. Sucks to get an F just because of Indian Rhy.

It's a nice mix down. I am very particular and only like a very professional, and network ready mix down. This is a rare thing on RUclips. Take a look at it guys. How you gonna master this when it all sounds good? For me, I listen to the drummer and master off him. The "brass" is light in the mix. Work on his crash cymbal in the compression. Get bass a little more punch with EQ. Don't change muich. Listen to his kick drum. You can work that too. You don't get a chance to work drums when they are too loud. Thi8s is a fun one to work on. More like what you get in a more professional situation. It's live mixing that is good enough for publishing. After I master it anyway ; 0)
