    Sir i think it's no need to rotate 180 degree when the 4th priority group is situated on the vertical line..as you could see that the result will be the same after rotation too..

      Although 4th priority group is on the vertical plane but the rule said so to bring it down to the below position , that's why

    At 4:40 the configuration should be clockwisw and it will be dextro rotatory ....the structure after rotatation is being drawm wrong

    Please explain the reason why we need to bring the 4th priority group in bottom..
    As such also we can get real configuration of the compound..
    Ex
    1-2-3-4
    1-4-2-3
