    Great cues Becca. So timely bc I am recovering from a shoulder injury but at a point now I can start trying these again. So great to chat with you and Matt at Legends! Your videos are awesome 💪🏼⚡️

      Do controlled slow movements... forget this max reps or you will get injury again. Maybe get rings for better hand position.

    Implying I even have butterfly pull-ups to fix, ha jokes. I'm decent at kipping pull-ups though so maybe I could give these a try.
