    Great! Right after I purchased the previous version that won't stay in place. Just my luck.

    I have the older version and felt annoyed at having to use the extender every time I put the black holes on. I was hoping the kick pedal would not have to be switched over to the extender with the new version, so it’s disappointing to see you still have to use it and then remove it when going to black holes and back to full acoustic. Just a small thing but I just wish it could work without the extender.

    I was all excited until i saw them just drop the drum ON TOP of the pedal and the heel lifted off the ground.....what's stopping the pedal from moving around?

    • @RTOMCorporation
      @RTOMCorporation  Год назад

      The pedal will not move around due to the weight of the base drum but if you need some added security, velcro under your base pedal will do the job. (totally not necessary)Typically drums are placed on carpet but this demo video was recorded on a bare floor.

    I'm not seeing the big innovation here. Is this not just a 20" black hole with foam to keep it in place? I literally took a 22" black hole and put foam strips from home depot on it and use it in my 24 now. Pro Tip: buy a black hole 1 size down from your kick diameter and get weather stripping adhesive from home depot and you've got your slide-in V2 for any size bass drum. Prove me wrong please!

      Why would you spend additional money and time going to Hope Depot to buy foam strips when purchasing the BH-V2 includes all the accessories for the same price. Also, The foam strips have specific specifications to ensure that they maintain the bh head in place which a generic foam strip at Home Depot may not provide. The innovation is the Black Hole Practice System. The foam was just an added feature that now allows you to install the bass drum head inside the hoop.

      @@RTOMCorporation pretty obvious answer why. You chose to only make V2 in 22" diameter.

      @@danielplasko5598 Actually, the BH- V2 is now available in 20" & 22" the 18" is coming soon.

      @@RTOMCorporation I cant find anything but the 22" V2 on your own website nor any of your dealers websites. But thats great that you're releasing more. I guess my solution still works for anyone with a 26" bass drum lamenting that your product does not go beyond 24" capacity.

    Which side of the drum pedal beater should I use? not sure if the non white pad side damage the pad!

    • @RTOMCorporation
      @RTOMCorporation  9 месяцев назад

      If your sound patch has early wear its usually a result of the beater hitting your bh head at an angle. Be sure to adjust the bass drum position on the pedal extender so that the beater is hitting the bh head flush.

    Any idea on timing for 18" and 20" bass drums?

      We do not have release dates for either but anticipate the 20" V2 to be available in about 2 months.
