She has helped my family with so many things in the last few years and her encouragement to take her 3 seasons class has been life changing. Lise Wolff was my first herbal medicine teacher. I loved going on herb walks with her around Minneapolis. Her class Three Seasons is what set me on the path to become an herbalist. Lise is a fantastic teacher and very intuitive compassionate healer. I highly recommend studying with her! As I grow Bear Wallow Herbs, Lise continues to be a mentor to me.

I have known Lise for over 30 years. In fact, I was her first client! I have seen her grow as an herbalist, and she has helped my family and myself in amazing ways throughout the years. She has changed the way that I think about how the body works and how it heals.
What a great interview! I love hearing more about her background and influences. As one of Lise’s students, I really appreciate how clear and practical her instruction is. It made the world of difference in incorporating herbalism into my bodywork practice.
I was a student of Lise a few years ago in her Three Seasons course. AMAZING! She has a great way of explaining plant knowledge. I love the fact she focuses on the weeds in the area - free medicine! She is an awesome herbal teacher and I highly recommend her.
Thank you Herb Rally-- what a great interview. In addition to being a client, I have taken classes from Lise Wolff over the years and have learned so much from her. Gathering medicinal plants and making tinctures and salves has been a huge benefit for my family and friends. Lise is a GREAT teacher and always learning more and more herself too. I appreciated hearing a bit more of the details about how she became an Herbalist. I love her mission and perspective. I took her Three Season's class and if anyone wants to really learn local, western herbalism that they can actually apply in real life situations... I can't encourage you enough to pursue Three Seasons or one of Lise's other offerings.

I mer Lise at the Confluence. She has the biggest impact on my experience. I valued her knowledge.
This was a great interview with Lise! I've know Lise since around 2013. First as a client and then I took her Three Seasons in person class and now I'm a doing a "refresher" for me her on-line class. Lise is an awesome teacher ..... she doesn't just lecture she makes it fun and she puts her whole heart in making sure her students learn. I feel my life has changed in many beneficial ways with Lise in it :)
