- In this video I provide a quick tease of my newly purchased wheel and tire package for my 2023 Lexus LX600 F Sport! They’re 20x9.5 Vossen HF-64 Wheels in Gloss Black. I wrapped the Vossens in BFGoodrich KO2 tires, size 265/60r20. I’m super excited to get these wheels onto my Lexus LX600 F Sport. Let me know your thoughts. Yay or Nay?
It’ll definitely enhance the stance a ton! Should I have gone with a diffuser wheel? Perhaps Nitto Ridge Grapplers instead? Thanks for watching always!

@@UntamedMotorsHey! Its just my opinion. Please look at ion 1069 18 inch chrome wheels. I Think it will compliment lexus the best. Do check. Them out if you can.
Underneath it’s a LC300. Sure the bumper molding hinder it, but dissent has already proven you can cut that give it better approach and departure angle

Are you planning on switching them between seasons. We plan on using it most of the season except for winter. We will use the landcruiser with winter tires on them and plan on garaging the lx600.
Not sure yet. I’ll probably keep the KO2s in full time.
Keep it stock. Keeping my new 2023 GX460 stock, looks so much better. I have the gun metal wheels as well. I’m not really an off roader kind of guy. Just my opinion.

I vehemently disagree. First congrats on the truck, I purchased two of them. I went 24 inch, All terrain, and it's a beast. Not everyone uses the same setup to say this is the "largest" size sounds very familiar. I started a wheel and tire retail shop back in 99-2000. Lot of individuals like yourself (Not you literally same mind set), complained of 19 inch wheels on SPORTS CARS. Guys said "16 inch better handling gas mileage"..they were obviously wrong. Car dealers would give less on trade-ins if you had a custom wheel setup on a sports car! (I know I cant make this up)Then culturally there it starts. I can't tell you how many customers, especially square white men, I'm just being honest, not all of them, but the ones that wanted to fit in always had a habit of telling everyone what the "best" setup was, even though the hardcore enthusiast, wasn't about the "following" not about what's "best", it's nothing wrong with daring to be different. They didn't create the culture, they were trying to control it. See, you'll never hear street culture say " I selected this size because anything smaller would be ridiculous." The reason is, nobody trying to fit in to a fake culture, people just feel how they feel. What makes a car luxury in the 80's and compared to now is totally different. It used to be leather meant luxury, not anymore. So though we all have seen guys driving F250's, 350's, duallies, Hummer Ev's ect. on pavement, somehow it's ridiculous to do the latter. Well that's what makes this hobby is "ridiculous" and FUN! Everyone can do what they want. Remember across the world Lexus is known for reliability and off road, though most Americans who purchase probably won't use it for such. Please don't take this the wrong way. FYI The wheel and tire combo looks swell.

I appreciate folks who dare to be different. Car culture is always evolving, best to do what makes you happy versus trying to keep up with the status quo. 👍

I would keep the fsport trim stock. If it was the premium trim, i would say go for it.

I like the KO two tires. The rims are nice they’re just not my taste I would’ve went with the 20 inch rim from Lexus or the 18 inch rim from Lexus a true Real and my opinion of trail rim is 17 or 18 inches you could go 19 but I think 20 and higher is too big even though I just said go with the 20 inch Lexus rim but I would prefer to go with an 18 or 19 if that makes any sense either way it’s a beautiful vehicle and white is my favorite color my LX 570 is Eminent white pearl🤍
I'm thinking about doing this - is there any concern going with a smaller wheel with larger tire in terms of safety sensors/technology? Do they need to be recalibrated? I thought of doing it with my 2020 4runner ORP but everyone told me it would mess up adaptive cruise control and emergency brake assist...

Thanks, I was thinking I might put the snag on them. Shipping to Fla probably wouldn't have made sense. In SW Fla, the dealer has a "Vossen" package on the LX that I was able to avoid at 10k, but they looked excellent. I may do the bronze if I can convince myself it would look good with Maganese Luster. Great channel.

KO2 loud as hell hard rubber sand tires on a $110K Lexus? My thoughts… a different tire! You live in a wet and snowy environment. Cool Rims, but I would have bought the Lexus black 18” rims that they make for the LX600.

Hi untamed, somewhat related: what do you think about putting the bronze 40th anniversary wheels on a lunar Rock TRD off-road premium 4RUNNER versus the typical black TRD pro wheels?
I think that’s look sleek 👌 certainly out of the ordinary which I think would be cool.

Why do you ask people to put their opinions in the comments then get all pissy when you think they are being critical of you? Are you that thin-skinned? I think my question is a valid one. The F-Sport trim has a sport-tuned suspension and is lowered. Putting beefy tires on them would negate the sport trim.

I love the stock wheels too but they’re not ideal for putting off road tires on.
Wonder if the LX 600 would take the rims from the GX550 overtrail. I am thinking about that with the Michelin LTX MS all terrains.
285 profile tires are what is meant for lx. U have wider new rims which can accommodate. Why did u use 265? Too skinny
