The fact that its called the wacko boingo is one of my favorite things about this game
There is also one of the stable side quests where you talk to a yiga girl and she activates that walking away cutscene a few times. It might be useful for the wacko boingo

Theory about the wacko blingo: riverside stable is not a cutscene but a dialogue, which the game sees differently. I guess the npcs or the camera in this scene have a collision, which breaks the game. I think the speed of the glider is the max speed of link-to-ultrahand-endpoint
i was thinking the cause of the wacko bingo is caused by the glider being in a invalid location so the game decides to fix that by moving it but the reason it is bugged is because glider was moved while link was standing on it causing it to lose the rule of don't move if link is standing on it for what ever reason. it could also happen because a formerly invalid location became valid so it could still think its there even tho its not its really confusing its possible that the glider has more than 1 hit box like there's a hit box for link standing on it so it cant move
I found a glitch in 1.1.0 I was able to disable a chuchu ai by using a gust of wind and hitting into it when it spawned. It was permanently stuck in the air unable to move. Maybe this could be something useful?
To prevent the despawning you can attach a dragon part to the build (ALL dragon parts have an insane despawn raidius)

I figured out how to do a boomyzoomi without the cutsene you have to have the thing close to you or infront of you before you activate a shrine

What is the 6th sage thing you have on your load screen? Is it zelda? Because I have only had the 4 regular and minero but never got the 6th but I have not beaten Ganondorf even that inhave played like 400 hours

Yes i believe it should be zelda. Bc there are the 5 sages that walk on the ground and then zelda is a sage and her sage doesnt walk but jts represented by the "recall" ability

Did anyone ever try testing if it's because of the Wooden chairs? Pathfinding for NPCs usually tends to bug everything out, if they can't get to there destination.
So the Theory is, When the Two NPCs at Riverside move the Glider, It collides with the chairs, preventing the NPCs from moving, causing the Glitch. You can see this happening during Rewind as well, it literally hits the chairs, then gets teleported incorrectly.
Why it teleports is up for debate, could be due to link being on it and needing to teleport to HIS designated location, since Link also moves during the cutscene, in that same path.
