Here's a classic apple pie recipe for you.
Classic Apple Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
For the crust:
2 ½ cups (310g) all-purpose flour
1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, cold and cut into cubes
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
6-8 tablespoons ice water
For the filling:
6-7 medium apples (Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, or a mix), peeled, cored, and sliced
¾ cup (150g) granulated sugar
¼ cup (50g) brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces
1 egg + 1 tablespoon milk (for egg wash)
Instructions:
1. Make the pie crust:
In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar.
Add cold butter and cut it in using a pastry cutter or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually add ice water, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing until the dough comes together.
Divide the dough into two, shape into disks, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
2. Prepare the filling:
In a large bowl, toss sliced apples with sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and vanilla. Set aside.
3. Assemble the pie:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Roll out one dough disk on a floured surface to fit a 9-inch pie pan. Place it in the pan and trim any excess.
Pour the apple filling into the crust and dot with small butter pieces.
Roll out the second dough disk and place it over the apples. Trim, seal, and crimp the edges. Cut slits in the top for ventilation.
Brush with egg wash for a golden crust.
4. Bake:
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 375°F (190°C) and bake for another 40-45 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
Let cool for at least 2 hours before serving

11:00 it absolutely does matter. Even on 60hz,i can tell the difference between 60, 100 and 200 fps. Because with higher fps,whenever the screen refreshes, it's a more recent frame. (Pretty sure vsync is supposed to match fps andscreen refresh to avoid older frames,but sync doesn't work for me.)
