I also wanted to mention why I chose to use the Ardell Demi Whispies for this particular video geared towards beginners. First of all, these were the lashes that I started out with! :) The band is incredibly flexible & it's clear, so if you don't get the perfect application you won't notice it as much as you would with a dark/thick lash band. They are also super light weight, and much easier for your eyes to adjust to vs. the thicker banded lashes!! I hope you found this video helpful!! :)

QUICK TIP: measure the lashes against your own and trim the falsies accordingly if they are too long. Do this before you use the glue.
Great tip! Another: take the last and wrap it around a small eyeshadow brush so it molds to the shape of your eye.
I tried to cut my false lashes because it was too long so I tried to cut it and I accidentally cut my natural lashes smh

In my whole life, i've given false lashes a try 4 times and quit. I recently started trying them again after watching hours of tutorials on applying them, i promise with patience you will get the hang of it in a week tops!

in a week? so thats 7 sets of lashes or more being thrown in the trash just trying to get the hang of it. i tried yesterday n wasnt able to save the lashes after an hour of trying, trashed em n went without. today tried again, an hour or more n finally had to just trash them too because after so many attempts they um just couldnt be messed with... n still no lashes on my eyes. im confused, this girl says not to put the on yiur actual lashed, and another girl says set them on top of your lash n just use your finger to scoot them close as possible to the lid. so. thats where I am stuck at lol. still.
I was stupid and accidently used nail glue. It hurt a lot getting it off.

Okay, I see alot of you are having trouble....I did too. Until I tried this: cut the one lash into 3 or even two pieces..
. Then take the one piece and apply it right smack in the middle of your lash line...I use tweezers...you will get a thicker, and I think...even more natural, but luscious....look. Goodluck~~~~~

I had read the reviews and decided to try this product as my lower lashes seem to be thinner lately and the lower corners seemed to have little stubby lashes. I am fair skinned with blonde hair. After using this product every night before bed over 3 weeks, I noticed a remarkable difference. My lower lashes are fuller and longer. I will continue to use and reorder ArganRain Argan Oil. I am a believer!

+Cuerpo Celeste Hi, I am a makeup artist and saw this awsome tutorial. Everyone is different. Make sure the lash is not too long and the glue line is thin. You may need to cut the lash to fit and maybe use the other side of the tweezer to push down on the lash. I personnaly can't use my findgers because I take after my Grandpa and got sausage style fingers which are good for gripping heavy bags but are not dainty. Go slow and be patient.
I feel so confident just by watching this! I'm gonna buy some and finally try it out.

Fantastic tutorial! So many helpful tips. I was overzealous removing the lashes out of the package once and totally ruined the shape of the lashes.Had no clue, to remove them slowly. The first time I did it I didn't let the glue dry enough before I tried putting them on. I made a mess. Got frustrated and threw them out. I received from a friend who doesn't use them, now all I need to do is buy the lash glue. Will be giving it a try the next time I go out.

Is there any special trick to see where you put the lashes? Because I always put them on, think they're on the lashline and a couple of second later, I realize they're on my lashes. And when I try to avoid that, I end up putting it on my eyelid. I feel like I'm just not capable of putting it at the right place 😅

If the corners are re not sticking try, using eyeliner or mascara. It works

Eyeliner totally helps with placement! It doesn’t have to be winged just like an outline on the top to make the lashes look more natural and for easier placement

+Kara Shea So glad you enjoyed!! I lay the lashes right above/over my lashes (making sure not to get too much glue on the lashes in the process) I have seen people lay them under. But that just seems risky with the glue that close to your eye!!

My trick for putting on lashes is to use a tiny brush and "paint" the glue onto my lid. That way I can control where the glue is going. After that, I just gently place the lashes on. Hope this helps!☺
