Ya Allah, my husband always puts me down, not so much in front of people, but when we are together always ridicules almost everything I do. He also ridicules my children all the time and is shouting at us 95% of the time. My children are majority of the time afraid to speak to him at times. He's always so negative about everything in life. Ya Allah please change him. I will just pray, as theres nothing else I can think to do. May Allah help my husband to be a pious husband and father and be like the Prophet pbuh. Aameen.
I feel you my dear sister I went through the same thing even after 30 years of marriage and our kids are even married. It’s the up bringing. Parents don’t teach their sons how to behave and how to treat woman. It’s very sad! Continue making duas for yourself.

[For them are] gardens of perpetual residence which they will enter. They will be adorned therein with bracelets of gold and pearls, and their garments therein will be silk.

And they will say, "Praise to Allāh, who has removed from us [all] sorrow. Indeed, our Lord is Forgiving and Appreciative -

He who has settled us in the home of duration [i.e., Paradise] out of His bounty. There touches us not in it any fatigue, and there touches us not in it weariness [of mind]."
For those whom Allah has prepared forgiveness and mighty reward are...

3)Those who Have faith
4)Those who are Truthful
5)Those who are Steadfast on Deen
6)Those who are Humble
7)Those who give Charity
8)Those who Fast
9)Those who guard their chastity
10)Those who remember Allah much

One of the best Zikr I've heard, jazak Allah khair! Oh Allah make us among those whom you will be pleased with on the Day of Judgment & give us an easy reckoning, oh Allah forgive our minor and major sins , oh Allah make us enter Jannah through Your Mercy and Forgiveness, Oh Allah save us from the fire 🔥 Ameen .
