I have a problem, I do the gravity hammer jump then go up the elevator but the pelican doesn't spawn. :/ Is there a reason why that is or is it random? I've done it before and the pelican has been there. Just trying to do these par time achievements and is quite frustrating haha.
is the grate-hammer jump skipping the barracks not working for anyone else? i tried it like 30 times but it keeps just knocking the grate away - am i just doing it wrong?
WOW... was almost sure this was patched out, but can confirm it works in MCC still as of 2021. Part he DID say in video, but I only finally on a replay noticed that he DID... he pushed fence into wall some. If you just walk up to it and aim at the hole, you will send it flying and maybe go up 10 feet. Do as he did, walk forward into fence so it is closer to the wall. You must then swing and jump roughly at the same time. If you are not facing enough to left (so you go behind you and to right), you will end up in water. If you push fence TOO close to wall, the force hitting other side can kill you.
at the bomb jump up to where the skull normally is grenade the turret jump down press the button go around the bomb hammer the fuelrod brute and jump down
Just bought MCC last night and the matchmaking is terrible! Takes like 2-3 min just to get into a match... if you're lucky. If you're not you get stuck waiting 10-15 minutes and the game is still searching. Hell, it froze one time trying to EXIT a playlist to go back to the main lobby. I haven't been able to play a game since yesterday and I tried 3 separate times :(. Has this been your experience with the online multiplayer Eli?
Yes this has been pretty much everyone's experience with mcc. It's because this is the first time that a bundle like this can transition into each game on the same disc. this has caused server issues that 343 did not expect. It should get better and better with each patch though
As of now the par time on mcc is 20 min. Tried to do it legendary with thunderstorm and fog. Best try was 20:30 with no grav hammer tricks. Barracks is hell. Who designed that section is the devil incarnate. Even more, thunderstorm turns every grunt in an ultra rank, which basically means they have the catch skull too. I think I died around 150 times. The real victory is that I had the restraint to not smash my pc.

+instinctiousably Nevermind solved it - you have to hit the button to open the door to the barracks before you do the hammer jump. Eli does do this in the vid to be fair.
+Kyle Thomas Saving camo for Bomb Room requires either taking at least 50 seconds to clear all the enemies in the section before or taking an extremely inconsistent and somewhat slow strat to get past the Turrets and Jackal Snipers. It is much faster to bum-rush this room, die even up to 6-8 times, and clear the room quickly than it is to invest the time before for this section.

Orchidahus I always hated having to hold in the stick to crouch walk to get someone from behind so I usually toggle it. I guess switching it would be good for speedrunning.

And when I meant using crouch I meant as in have a short range weapon (sword/shotty) and getting closer to the enemy without them seeing me on the radar. Every other instance I just aim for the head and shoot. But I guess I am losing alot when I use toggle just for these specific scenarios.
Hold to crouch is infinitely better in my mind. Using toggle u cant preform trick umps as crouch jump, ghost jump, slide jump, gandhi jump etc etc. I only use toggle when doing hlg lol
No idea how more people have devastated than monopolized. This shit is a million times harder because no save/quit method. Co op is too laggy and useless to be an option
TheFunnyHaloGai Halo 3 is way easier to get under 3 hours, theres only 8 levels compared to Halo 2's 13. Plus Floodgate is only about 4minutes long for the average player.

Excluding crows nest, halo 3 is a walk in the park compared to halo 1 + 2 legendary

David Lueke Pick up a weapon with a partially filled clip. After the Chieftan fight, pick up his Fuel Rod or a Brute Shot and do not reload.
